The Proflex M9500 Multi-Station Home Gym is the step up from the M9000 — adding a 148 lb (67 kg) weight stack (30 lbs more than the M9000), an inclined sit-up bench for core training, and a heavy-duty punching bag for cardio conditioning. More than a dozen unique exercises in a single machine at 217 × 149 × 211 cm.

Built from powder-coated steel with high-density vinyl-covered foam padding on all contact points — seat, backrest, leg and foot holds. Non-slip rubber feet. Wide-grip and close-grip cable attachments with rubber handles. Fully adjustable weight stack from light to advanced.

Punching bag note: The boxing bag ships unfilled as per standard industry practice. Fill it with material that suits your needs — sand, fabric scraps, or purpose-made filling. Instructions available on the LiveStrong website.
