Commercial-grade steel bars with non-slip handles, secured by star-shaped lock nuts for safe, rattle-free lifting.

Each bar weighs 2.5kg and accepts a mix of 1.25kg and 2.5kg plastic-coated cement plates, letting you fine-tune the weight incrementally from the bar-only load up to 10kg per dumbbell. The smooth plastic coating reduces clanging and keeps the plates floor-friendly.
