EnduraShell plates feature a strong PVC coating over cement filling, making them a durable, floor-friendly option for home gym training. The tri bar's angled grips reduce wrist strain and allow for a more natural range of motion on tricep extensions, hammer curls, and close-grip pressing movements.

Note: EnduraShell plates should not be dropped or thrown. They are designed for controlled movements in home gym environments.
